DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Dayton Police search for two suspects who robbed a pizza restaurant.

A surveillance camera captured video of the robbery at the Cassano's in the 2400 block of South Smithville Road.

Dayton Police said two armed men jumped the counter and forced an employee to hand over money from the register.

They then went to the back of the restaurant and forced the manager to open the safe.

Police said it is typically a quiet neighborhood.

Sergeant Moises Perez of The Dayton Police Department said, "They had recently remodeled. It's in real good shape. It's a fairly nice neighborhood. And we haven't had any problems lately. So, this is unusual."

Police also said the suspects stole one of the employee's wallets.

The pair is described as 6 foot 1, and 6 feet tall. Police said both are around 200 pounds.
