Musser hopes the good atmosphere, good food and friendly faces will keep people coming in the doors of the new Mankato location...even though it was formerly Northwoods Caf, and before that a Timberlodge Steakhouse."Well they do say three times a charm, so we've been in business for three years now like I said and I think we have a little experience under our belt to make sure everything runs smoothly."And after tonight taps at Wildcats will run smoothly as well.(NATS) The Mankato City Council approves a liquor license, allowing them to sell alcohol until two in the morning. For some this eatery addition to the area only has benefits.Zierdt says, "Anytime we have a new business like this open and really any new business we have come into the community, it's just a real good sigh of our economic vitatlity."And while business at Wildcats will be based off more than just alcohol sales...Musser says this decision makes them and hopefully their customers happy.Musser says, "I wouldn't say our main business is just alcohol, but it is a nice thing to have, when folks come out and watch the games and stuff like that I'd just be nice for them, I wouldn't say we absolutely need it but it'll help us out as well.Helping a new business survive where others haven't...However Wildcats Bar and Grill say this time the sign change is permanent."We're here to stay."Wildcats Bar and Grill will celebrate their grand opening on September first.
