Opening statements have been delayed in the $25 million dollar breach of contract lawsuit against Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade involving a failed restaurant deal. One of the six jurors selected Wednesday was excused because he's sick and because he plans to attend college classes this summer out of state. The planned two-week window for the trial would have interfered with his academic schedule.
